I had been searching for a simple, elegant and utilitarian coffee table for my "man-cave" (enclosed patio) where I could set down drinks, food, remotes for my electronic gadgets and other stuff. It would also need need to co-exist with my dark brown, Strathwood Griffen wicker sofa, which was also recently acquired from Amazon. This coffee table is perfect. At a height of 15 inches, I can sit comfortably in my Strathwood Griffen sofa and rest my feet on top of the table. The table is much deeper than I had thought, but it is the perfect size for my needs. I also wanted a design, which was completely open underneath the top, because our dogs like to sit with us and their bodies may be partially or completely lying under this table. My only complaint, which is why I gave it 4 stars, is the wood grain shows the bare hint of a seam. I imagine that this has to do with the veneer finish of the top,... Read more
