It is more comfortable than any other desk chair, at any price, that I've used. One might expect the bungee cords to feel odd, but they provide me a with a very nice seat. Plus, I don't get hot, as I do in some other chairs with padded seats. When I really lean back, the top bar on the back hits my shoulder blades, but I don't lean back enough for this to be an issue. Others who have tried my chair also like it. No regrets about this purchase, and I just hope it holds up for years to come.
