It was easy to assemble and quite comfortable with the lumbar support. I was initially leery of the detached arms, having preferred the connected arms in previous chairs, but now I find them much more adjustable and comfortable. The mesh back is great for air circulation to my back which tends to heat up in solid back chairs. Price seemed a little steep but the product feels sturdy enough to last a good long time to re coop the cost.

Lots of ways to adjust and customize to your body size. Wish the lumbar was adjustable in/out instead of just up/down. Other than that its comfy and very nice.

Update: The hydraulic function has stopped working and the chair now only sits in the lowest position. After a few months of use I get the feeling of leaning forward due to angle of bottom cushion. Have to drop the stars from the initial 4 down to 2.
